Walking for Calm Jan Update
If you read my blog last year, you will have noticed a monthly update on my walking for Birding For All. Well I plan on continuing this year, but obviously walking for CALM. So here it is my Walking for CALM Jan Update
Walking for Calm Jan Update
Well I’m a little behind where I should be this month. I need to walk 125 miles a month to make my target, and due to a few things (mainly the dog not being able to walk far or be left at home alone for long) I’ve not hit my total. Hopefully I’ll make up for this next month.
Walking Totals
- Month Total: 81.26
- Year Total: 81.26
Donations Totals
- Month Total: £50
- Year Total: £50
One donation and I’ve already hit 10% of my total, so thank you (dad). Please do consider donating, it is a really important charity.
Walking for Calm Jan Update Highlights
Personal highlight was of course the #GetOutside Champion meet up. Which also included my longest single walk of the month through the New Forest. But my first walk of the year was, as tradition dictates on the 1st Jan. What better way to start the year.
A rather unprepared walk in the floods was the only other real highlight.
