2500 Miles Nov Update

2500 Miles Nov Update
November was a strange month, I struggled with y back, having hurt it with a misplaced step. Ending up laid up for a few days and on VERY strong pain killers, that made me not want to do much. I also had a mini bout of depression (I think) which now seems to have passed.

2500 Miles Nov Update

The miles feel like they are tumbling off now. Although November wasn’t my greatest walking effort (a very bad back didn’t help) I am now down to well under 150 miles to go.
Totals
November Total: 194.27
2017 Total: 2381.84
Donations
Sadly no new donations came in this month. So I am still stuck on £335 for the year, £165 short of my total. So… If you could donate that would be great, or maybe share this 2500 Miles Nov Update, with someone who you think might?

Best bits

There were not many days out in November sadly I spent more time working or shopping in preparation for Christmas than anything else. And also had a serious back issue for part of the month, slowing me down. Special Moments was one highlight (or lowlight as my mood was very down) but the photographs I achieved were pleasing (the Kingfisher at the top of the page just one).

The other that stood out was an unusual (for me) Saturday walk. I’m a Celebrity… Got me Out her.
